Audio Tools is designed to make it easy to import media, choose a tool, and export clean audio. If something is not working as expected, this page explains the main flow and how to reach us.

How to use Audio Tools

1 Import media

Choose a file from Files or Photos. Audio Tools supports audio and video imports depending on the selected tool.

2 Pick a tool

Select Audio Compression, Video to Audio, or Format Converter from the home screen.

3 Choose your output

Pick a compression profile or output format such as MP3, M4A, MP4, WAV, CAF, or AIFF.

4 Export and share

When conversion finishes, the file appears in History and can be shared right away.

Common issues

  • If a file fails to import, make sure it is supported by the selected tool.
  • If video has no audio track, the app will not be able to extract sound.
  • If a format is not supported on your device, try MP3 or M4A first.
  • If Pro access does not appear after a purchase, use Restore Access in Settings.
