Audio Tools is built to work with media you choose to import. Depending on the features you use, the app may access:

• Audio or video files you select from Files or Photos.
• Export metadata such as file name, format, size, and conversion time for your local history.
• Basic purchase status from the App Store or RevenueCat to unlock Pro features.

2. How we use information

We use the data you provide only to operate the app:

• Compress audio files to reduce file size.
• Extract audio from video files.
• Convert media between supported formats such as MP3, M4A, MP4, WAV, CAF, and AIFF.
• Show your local export history and enable sharing.
• Verify purchases, restore access, and manage Pro entitlements.

3. Storage and retention

Export history is stored locally on your device so you can revisit recent files. Files you import may be copied into the app’s working area while they are being processed.

You can remove files through the app or by deleting the app, which clears local app data on the device.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

If you choose a paid plan, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. We may receive receipt or entitlement status so the app can unlock Pro features and restore access after reinstalling or changing devices.

5. Third-party services

Audio Tools may use Apple frameworks and RevenueCat to support in-app purchases and entitlement checks. These services may process limited technical data required to keep purchases working correctly.
