Voice Changer Privacy Policy

Voice Changer is designed to let you record audio, import audio files, apply voice effects, save results locally on your device, and optionally share or export audio when you choose to do so.

We keep the app focused on local processing and user-controlled sharing. We do not intend to collect more personal information than is necessary to provide the app’s features.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Audio you record inside the app.
• Audio files you import into the app.
• Information you send us if you contact support, such as your email address and message.

Information stored on your device

• Recordings you create.
• Processed audio files you save.
• App preferences and local library metadata.

Information related to purchases

• If you subscribe to Pro, purchase and entitlement information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
• We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, and related technical data needed to unlock Pro features.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical information such as device and app environment details may be collected by Apple services and RevenueCat when needed to operate subscriptions and improve reliability.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide voice recording, import, effect processing, save, share, and export features.
• To determine whether Pro features are unlocked.
• To restore purchases.
• To respond to support requests.
• To maintain the app, fix bugs, and improve performance.

4. Audio Storage and Local Processing

Voice Changer is designed so that your recordings and processed audio remain on your device unless you choose to share, export, or otherwise send them elsewhere.

• Recordings are stored locally on your device.
• Processed audio is saved locally in your library.
• When you use share or export, the file is sent only to the destination you choose.

5. Purchases and RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions and entitlement access. Apple handles the actual in-app purchase flow through the App Store.

RevenueCat’s role is to help us verify subscription status and unlock Pro features for subscribed users. If you use RevenueCat, you should disclose purchase-related data in your app privacy disclosures.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information only in the following situations:

• With service providers: Apple for App Store purchases, and RevenueCat for subscription management.
• At your direction: when you choose to share or export audio from the app.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process.

We do not intend to sell your audio recordings.

7. Microphone Permission

Voice Changer requests microphone access only when you choose to record audio. If you deny permission, recording features will not work until permission is enabled in Settings.

8. Data Retention

• Audio files and library items remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app.
• Support messages are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain our records.
• Purchase-related records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies and legal requirements.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use caution when sharing audio or other information.

10. Children’s Privacy

Voice Changer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

11. Your Choices

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can delete recordings and processed files from your library.
• You can disable microphone access in your device settings.
• You can restore purchases from the Pro screen if needed.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice in the app.
