Why is the Done button disabled?
You need to add at least one clip using the Add Clip button before the Done button becomes active. Set your trim points and tap Add Clip first.
Can I create multiple clips from one video?
Yes! Adjust the trim markers, tap Add Clip, then adjust again and add another clip. All clips are exported together when you tap Done.
Where are my exported clips saved?
Clips are saved to your iPhone's Photos Library. You can also find them in the History tab where you can re-save or share at any time.
Does CutterAce work without internet?
Yes, completely. All video processing happens on your device. No internet connection is required.
What video formats are supported?
CutterAce supports MP4, MOV, and M4V formats.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → CutterAce → Cancel Subscription.
